Till now 64 birds have been marked, most of which (55%) has been marked by Zbigniew Kajzer.

From the beginning of February Zientek by the Gulf of Gdańsk was supported by Andrzej “Mikrus” Kośmicki, hence the result is not so poor any more. Week by week the number of marked birds is increasing, first recovery information is also appearing.

As far as we privately heard, at the beginning of December first recovery information of a bird in this project was received (somewhere in the area of Germany/Holland). Out of official and confirmed information, one bird marked at the Gulf of Gdańsk was seen in January in Stralsund in Germany. Already two birds seen abroad :)

In the meantime, we are inviting you to look through flocks of gulls and to pay attention at legs, not only these of common gulls’. We wish you much confirmed recovery info!
